Altar Servers serve a pivotal role in the holy Qurbana both spiritually and physically. Altar servers are said to have the same place as angels in Heaven on the altar, angels constantly praise and worship God.
Altar servers support the congregation with prayers and support the priest in conducting the holy Qurbana. Altar servers support the priest and take part in preparing the altar for the Eucharist where Jesus is present and therefore are expected to carry out the role of an altar server at the highest level with uttermost respect and reverence.
